The apartment is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to walk to campus, with complete daily amenities nearby. The room has a simple, modern decor and comes fully furnished, making it comfortable for everyday living. The common areas are cleaned regularly, and the environment is maintained fairly well. The internet speed is generally stable. The only downside is that the soundproofing is average, and there can occasionally be noise from traffic during the day. Overall, it is a student apartment very suitable for international students.
Overall, the move-in experience has been very good. The apartment is conveniently located, close to both the school and public transportation, making it easy to get to classes, go shopping, and travel around. The rooms and common areas are relatively new, clean, and tidy overall, and facilities such as the study area and entertainment area are fairly complete, making daily use very convenient. The internet speed has been stable so far, with no issues when browsing online, watching videos, or studying. The staff are friendly, and when problems arise, they respond and handle them in a timely manner, which has been a very positive part of the experience. The safety aspect is also reassuring, making it quite suitable for students. The soundproofing is only average; occasionally, sounds from the hallway or neighboring rooms can be heard, but most of the time it does not affect normal rest. Overall, apart from the soundproofing, which still has room for improvement, I am quite satisfied with all other aspects. The living environment is comfortable, the facilities are well-equipped, and daily life is convenient, so I would still highly recommend it.

I signed quite late, and after signing, there are still six or seven days until school starts. After comparing, I found a rental in a foreign land, and among the must-stay options, I chose a very new place called Scape. The storage space in the room is really large; I managed to store all the things from my three suitcases and even put three boxes under the bed. The kitchen has a microwave which is very handy; when I'm in a hurry and don't have time to cook, I can just heat something up. The bed is particularly soft, so people who want to rent it don't need to prepare a mattress or bedding—it’s too soft.

Living on the 14th floor, the shower water is a bit inconsistent in temperature, but the view outside the window is beautiful. There's a small supermarket called foodwork nearby, while larger supermarkets like Coles are a bit farther away, requiring a two-bus stop ride or a half-hour walk. The building facilities are great with a pool table, and it feels very safe.
