Because it is a duplex, my roommate and I usually do not disturb each other, and I have my own independent space! The overall feel of the house is very comfortable. All the furniture and appliances in our unit are newly upgraded, and the living experience is very good. Life is also very convenient; there's a supermarket like Coles just a few minutes’ walk downstairs, as well as Asian supermarkets like the Chinese and Korean ones. Everything you need is available, and there are also plenty of options for takeout. It is adjacent to Zetland, where many Chinese people gather, and the overall feeling is quite nice.
