Basic Info

Apartment No Service Fee

A 5-minute walk to Ashfield Shopping Center.
It’s a very large shopping center with Coles, Woolworths, Asian supermarkets, banks, bubble tea shops, hot pot, BBQ restaurants, and much more. Life here is extremely convenient.

It takes only 20 minutes by bus (including walking time) to the University of Sydney, making it perfect for students~

The overall experience of renting a house in a foreign land this time is quite good. The room has decent lighting, but it's not too sunny. During the day, there's basically no need to turn on the lights; it's bright and clean inside, and overall it's relatively new, making it quite comfortable to live in. Accessing the apartment requires a card swipe, and I can open my room's door with my phone's NFC, which makes me feel very secure. Living alone is also quite reassuring. The location is relatively quiet, without the noise of the city center, making it easy to rest at night. Daily life is also convenient, with supermarkets about a ten-minute walk away, making regular shopping effortless. The bus stop is also nearby, so commuting isn't too troublesome. Overall, it's quiet, secure, and convenient for living; I feel very settled here.
