The living experience is very good, the front desk can sometimes communicate in Chinese, the check-in process is smooth, there is an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor with clean water. There is a café, and the bread in the morning is very delicious. On rainy days, they also provide umbrellas; the service is very attentive.
The location is very good, the environment is also very clean, and there is a subway station nearby, as well as large shopping centers that include Australia's three major supermarkets (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi), which are very suitable for international students.

The hot water supply is sufficient, and the supermarket is not far away, but the school is too far, taking more than half an hour on public transport. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic; he is happy to help me with my questions. The kitchen and living room are spacious and bright. There is also a gym and swimming pool upstairs, which feels quite nice.
