The apartment building is relatively new overall and is very close to the train station. It is about 1 km from the two major supermarkets nearby. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the University of Sydney, so the commute distance is reasonable. There are many bars downstairs around the apartment. Before moving in, I saw quite a few discussions about the surrounding living environment. After actually living here for two weeks, my main impression is that the noise downstairs at night is quite loud, but I have not encountered any other issues so far. The shared Wi-Fi in the apartment is average, with noticeable network fluctuations. During the evening peak hours, it can even be difficult to load webpages normally. The laundry room on the first floor has separate washers and dryers. A single wash costs 7, and drying costs 6, which is more expensive than many similar apartments. The fee to replace a room card is 88, and if staff need to come and open the door outside working hours, there is an additional charge starting from 50. The fees are on the high side. When I moved in, the rent was 799, but it was adjusted to 759 less than a week later. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop. However, the induction cooktop has relatively low power, making it suitable for cooking noodles or frying eggs, but not ideal for stir-frying. The room uses a key card for electricity, and power is only available after inserting the room card. Overall, it is suitable as temporary accommodation for new students who have just arrived and do not want to set up utilities and internet separately. I plan to move to another place later.

📍Property Location & Commute The apartment is in a pretty good location, about a 15-minute walk to the main campus gate. If you need to go to the engineering academic buildings, you should allow an extra 10–20 minutes of walking time. Overall, the commute is acceptable. 🏠Living Environment & Cleanliness My actual living experience has been better than some of the reviews shared online. There is no unpleasant odor inside the building, and each floor has its own garbage disposal room, making it very convenient to take out the trash. The common areas are cleaned frequently—you can often hear the cleaning staff vacuuming—and they are very well maintained. 📶Internet & Front Desk Service The internet speed and stability are sufficient for daily use. The front desk staff are attentive and friendly. Even if your English is not very fluent, there is no need to worry—by communicating slowly and repeating things when needed, the check-in procedures can be completed smoothly, and the overall process is hassle-free. 📝Check-in Tips & Nearby Amenities It is recommended to open a local bank account online before arriving; otherwise, filling out the required forms on-site may take quite a bit of time. There is a large Woolworths supermarket nearby downstairs, making daily shopping very convenient. ✨Overall Summary Considering the commute, facilities, service quality, and surrounding amenities, this apartment meets my expectations and is very suitable for international students looking for long-term accommodation.

Soundproofing: Very good—you can’t hear the buses at all, but it still needs some improvement. Location: Next to the train station, which is a plus; however, some windows face residential buildings, so there is no view. Cleanliness: It has already been cleaned. Internet speed: Fast enough for playing any game. Facilities: Except for a TV, the microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, and other facilities are complete.

Very good. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, and the move-in process went smoothly. All kinds of services were also handled very quickly. The room’s soundproofing was also excellent, and it was very clean. The staff had a particularly good attitude and introduced me to many great housing options to choose from.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Sydney Accolade on Regent student apartment! The biggest surprise is that the rent includes all utilities + air conditioning, which is very rare in Sydney apartments, eliminating the worry of fluctuating monthly bills and making budgeting much easier. The location is fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to Redfern train station, super close to universities like the University of Sydney and UTS, with a hassle-free commute. I can easily make it to class on time. The room is fully equipped, with a private bathroom + kitchenette + fridge microwave, and the common area includes a gym, cinema, game room, and study area, providing an excellent living experience.

It's good, very clean and safe. There are usually many events held, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very close. It is also very close to the station, making it extremely convenient. You can go anywhere from here; it is basically a transportation hub.

The room is a studio with a private bathroom, clean and tidy, with thoughtful wet and dry separation; the bedroom has large windows, providing excellent natural light and a view of the city landscape; the design of the desk and office chair is perfect for accounting students like me who need to work for long periods, maximizing my study efficiency! The apartment also has a communal study area and leisure area, making it convenient for occasional group discussions with classmates.
