Based on the recommendation of the rental consultant Agoin from a good housing platform for expatriates, I booked a studio available for rent starting in February near Sydney University. The place has been confirmed, and the contract has been signed and completed successfully. So far, everything has gone smoothly. I haven't moved in yet, and I hope the move-in process will be just as smooth. I'm really looking forward to it!

There is an extra air conditioner, but it doesn't have a remote control. To rent this place, you also need to get a Macau banking card first, otherwise you can't even pay the deposit.
