Great stay experience. The facilities are very complete, very spacious. The front desk is very patient and enthusiastic. There are many activities in the apartment. The transportation is convenient, and it's easier to get to school! Highly recommend!!!
The overall experience was really smooth! The consultant responded quickly, the process was clear, and there was a high cashback. Signing online was also very convenient. The consultants answered all my questions, making it worry-free and reassuring. The apartment is in a great location, with complete living facilities nearby; supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance, making commuting to school quite easy. The room is clean and tidy, has good lighting, and the public areas are well maintained.

After receiving the school offer, I started looking for apartments. Based on the recommendation of the rental consultant Agoin from a good housing platform for expatriates, I booked a studio available for rent starting in February near Sydney University. The place has been confirmed, and the contract has been signed and completed successfully. So far, everything has gone smoothly. I haven't moved in yet, and I hope the move-in process will be just as smooth. I'm really looking forward to it!
The room is very small, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, it's all centrally controlled, and it's surprisingly 28 degrees when it's so hot, not allowing any changes. There is an extra air conditioner, but it doesn't have a remote control. To rent this place, you also need to get a Macau banking card first, otherwise you can't even pay the deposit.
