Soundproofing: The construction site is right next door, and I get woken up every day by the noise from the construction work. Internet speed: If you are not directly connected to the wired network, the Wi-Fi is only a little over 100 Mbps. Safety issues: Less than a week after I moved in, my roommate’s and my money were stolen from our dorm room. Apart from the lobby on the first floor, there are no cameras anywhere else in the entire apartment building, not even in the corridors. After the money was stolen, the apartment management shirked responsibility and quickly sent an email. The main points were: 1. Their maintenance workers only enter with the approval of the residents. 2. Residents are allowed to purchase their own cameras for their rooms. The email did not mention that the issue was caused by their own inadequate security system and dormitory management. The follow-up progress was: 1. Appointment for inspection: Three days later, the inspectors came, took a statement, and took away the wallet that might have fingerprints on it, but they still did not investigate the cameras. 2. Refusal to check the elevator surveillance footage: We had already narrowed down the time frame very precisely (from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), but they still did not want to investigate the elevator camera footage from those few hours. 3. Refusal to provide compensation: The apartment will not offer any compensation either; at least for now, there has been no compensation at all.
Close to the CBD, with easy access to dining and daily living! The layout is airy and well-ventilated, filled with natural light, with practical space and mature amenities. A great balance of location and environment, offering excellent comfort for self-living. A quality home not to be missed.

I applied to change apartments, and after viewing the place, I was told it needed five days of cleaning, only for them to turn around and rent it to someone else. Temporary workers can enter the apartment without the presence of a landlord or staff. After my two friends had over two thousand dollars in cash stolen, there was no follow-up. It's incredible.
Good. The room is very tidy, the facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk is very efficient at solving problems. They also regularly hold events. It’s a great student apartment.
