Life is super easy at UniLodge @ UNSW. Both the Foundation Year Campus and Main Campus of the University of New South Wales are just a short 10-minute walk away. Don’t feel like walking when it’s raining? Don’t worry there are also public transport options located at your doorstep.

UniLodge @ UNSW, is student accommodation designed to provide a secure and comfortable living environment for UNSW students and undergraduates (under/over 18) and/or associated UNSW Institution students. The customer service staff on site provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where students from diverse backgrounds can develop socially as well as academically.

We know the truth is that most students don’t particularly like doing housework. Well you’re off the hook when you’re a resident at UniLodge @ UNSW. Every fortnight your apartment is cleaned for you and your bed linen is laundered so you can focus all your energy on your studies.

Each bedroom in our UNSW apartments has a large study desk, ample storage space and a very comfortable king size single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided and are laundered every two weeks. Kitchens are equipped with gas burners, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. Kitchen and cooking crockery packs are available for purchase. Students can choose to live independently in a studio or share a multi-bedroom apartment with other students.

Your rent includes the following:

All utilities – gas, water and electricity
Fortnightly cleaning and linen exchange

Linen – we supply 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 towel, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 1 mattress protector.

· No alcohol is allowed on site
· No smoking in apartments, private rooms or balconies

As soon as the $500 Reservation Fee has been received we process applications as soon as possible, however due to the enormous quantity of applications received it can take several weeks.
This is used to express interest in securing a room, this is not a confirmation of securing a room.
$335 is non-refundable Application Fee and $165 will go towards a $1,000 Security Deposit upon confirmation of your reservation. If you are on our waitlist and we are unable to offer you a room the full $500 will be returned to you.
