The apartment facilities are well-equipped, and the common room, kitchen, and gym are all available for normal use. The room gets good natural light, and the living environment feels safe and quiet, with well-developed amenities in the surrounding area. The apartment service responds promptly, and the overall living experience is comfortable. I highly recommend it to students coming to Sydney for their studies.

There are places to eat and a bus stop downstairs, so you can take the bus anywhere. The network has a wired connection; you can buy computers and monitors, and the internet speed is stable.
Iglu CP is in a great location, very close to USYD, UTS, and the City. UTS, WWS, and bus stops are right downstairs. It basically takes less than 20 minutes to walk to the City and USYD, and only a few minutes by bus. There is also free breakfast from Monday to Friday, usually bread, with special breakfast offered occasionally. Overall, it is very convenient to live here.
This apartment is in an excellent location, just a three- to five-minute walk from the transportation hub and the core business district. Supermarkets and restaurants are all nearby, making daily life extremely convenient. The facilities far exceeded my expectations: not only are the appliances and furniture complete and brand-new, but the dishwasher and dryer also work very well, greatly enhancing the living experience. At first, I was worried it might be noisy because it faces the street, but after moving in, I found that the soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is outstanding. Finally, as for the overall environment, the landscaping inside the community is thoughtfully designed, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and the common areas are cleaned by dedicated staff every day. Living here feels comfortable and reassuring.
