The property is great, highly recommended for staying.
The unlimited self-service every day is very delicious and cost-effective. It is very convenient to shop and do things nearby since it's right next to Chinatown, and it's very close to UTS. The internal facilities are very complete, and the apartments organize some gatherings where you can meet some Chinese friends. If you're lucky, you might get assigned to a house facing Darling Harbour, but unfortunately, I didn’t 😢. Overall, I feel that the cost-performance ratio is very high and worry-free, and I am very satisfied.
As a newcomer international student, I was anxious about finding accommodation in an unfamiliar place. Fortunately, with the help of Yishang Good Home, I successfully chose Scape Darling House. After moving in, my experience has been fantastic! The room layout is reasonable, the lighting is excellent, and the common areas are well-equipped with facilities like a gym and a relaxation area. The key point is that the neighborhood atmosphere is very friendly; Yishang Good Home is truly reliable!
This Scape Darling House is located in the city center of Sydney, with an excellent location. Just crossing a street from the apartment's main entrance, you can reach Chinatown, which has a large supermarket and many food shops. Moreover, right next to it is UTS's Building 5, making it very convenient to live in the city center! The apartment includes three meals a day, with a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, all delicious! It is very easy for Chinese people to adapt to the food here!
With a prime geographical location, Chinatown and Lover's Port are just a step away. The living environment is good, with high safety and attentive staff service.
