The location is convenient, with plenty of places to eat and supermarkets around. The house has fairly complete public facilities, although it's a bit old, it's clean. The downside is that the bed in the room is a bit small, and being in the city center, it can be a bit noisy on weekend nights.

The twin room I share with my classmates is a short-term rental that costs 320 with air conditioning, which is quite cheap. It's also close to the city, and there are plenty of places to eat downstairs. However, the room is relatively small, and there are two bathrooms shared among 6-8 people, which is quite cramped, but since everyone's washing up schedule is different, we can manage. The kitchen only has four stoves shared by twelve people, so we generally have to stagger our cooking times. Additionally, from Thursday to Saturday night, the bar downstairs plays music from 11 PM to 1 or 2 AM, causing the floor to vibrate, which can be disturbing if you go to bed early.

The house is great, with complete facilities, and it is cleaned every day. The landlord is also very friendly. However, the door makes a lot of noise, and being near the road, there are always speedsters around. In the back alley, there are also delivery and construction workers, so going to bed early doesn’t help. Other students come back late, and the sound of the door closing can wake you up. The bar downstairs also throws parties, and with the bass music, it's unbearable, so I particularly do not recommend this place for those who have trouble sleeping.

Don't ever choose this place. Can you believe a twin room for $300? Not only is there nowhere to receive packages, but laundry also costs money... It's terrifying. I've been scammed.
