Yes, each suite is fully furnished. The living room has a sofa, coffee table and large flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher), table, benches and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair. Each suite is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Is there a parking lot
There is currently no parking lot in the apartment, and students are encouraged to use U-Pass to take public transportation. Ottawa has a complete public transportation system, and the apartment is only a few minutes away from the station.

The allocated room is relatively small, with no preferred floor. It's somewhat unremarkable. The internet speed is good, and the view from the window is nice. The gym is also very close. Overall, quite satisfactory.

The management staff are each worse than the last 👍
Upon entering the suite, I was shocked to see the common area and immediately reacted by refusing to accept such an environment and roommates, wanting to change rooms. It has been a month and there's still no solution. After signing the contract, they stopped replying to emails, and I had to go in person to hear the manager lie about no rooms being available. Clearly, they are still posting promos daily on social media and via email. Also, two packages went missing and nobody cares about that.

It's not very recommended to live here; the construction around is very noisy, and all the supermarkets are far away. The little train is never fixed, and although you can take the bus to school, it's not as good as the little train. The staff attitude at the envie apartment office is not good.
