The flatshare is ideally located in the "Issy-les-Moulineaux" neighborhood, in the centre of Issy-les-Moulineaux. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops are at your disposal close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, kettle, kitchen ustensils, toaster, pans… The accommodation also contains a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, electricity, water.



All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)

Service fee : from 890€

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance

throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of

the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of

need for intervention in your accommodation.



Deposit : 1100€
