The flatshare is located in the "Vaise" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #3 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kitchen ustensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, housing insurance, water, household waste tax, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Vaise neighbourhood, in Lyon's 9th arrondissement, is a mixture of greenery, water - thanks to the river Saône which flows alongside it - and modernity. In recent years the neighbourhood has benefited from significant renovations in order to attract new businesses and modern housing developments. The residents have given a second youth to the area which has since seen numerous parks and cultural sites spring up. A short glide through the Croix Rousse tunnel (dedicated to eco-friendly transport modes such as bikes, roller-skates and pedestrians) makes for easy riding to the Tête d'Or park, while the newly-renovated banks of the river Saône, ideal for running or a lovely afternoon stroll, allows an easy connection between the Hôtel de Ville and Vieux-Lyon neighbourhoods. Vaise being in the north of the city, there are many transport connections possible (subway, buses, trains).

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
