The flatshare can be found in the "Carmes" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Plenty of public transports, shops, restaurants are at your disposal close at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, kitchen ustensils, crockery, kettle, pans, microwave… It also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: water, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Carmes neighbourhood is one of the most historical neighbourhoods in Toulouse. Here, we are in the hyper centre of the city. Rue des Filatiers is the main street, filled with bars, shops and restaurants – the entire neighbourhood spins around this street. River Garonne follows the borders of the area, just before splitting into two. Carmes is considered to be a “small village” in the heart of the Toulouse and it is well-known for the Halles and their incredible history. The Halles went through incredible transformations during the centuries and host now an indoor food market – one of the most famous in Toulouse with the one in Victor Hugo. The neighbourhood is very well served by public transports, especially accessible thanks to the Metro B which runs through the whole area. Carmes is a lively neighbourhood both during the day and the night, filled with historical buildings such as the Paroisse Notre-Dame de la Dalbade, and loads of bars and restaurants.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
