4. Without the consent of the landlord, maintenance personnel shall not be arranged privately, otherwise the relevant fees will not be recognized.
5. If you leave for more than one month, you must notify the landlord in advance to ensure safety.
6. Personal belongings shall not be piled in the public area to avoid hindering others' use.
7. Please turn off all power when leaving, otherwise you will have to bear the additional electricity bill.
8. Please clean the kitchen immediately after use to avoid mosquito breeding and cockroach problems.
9. Please clean the hair under the sink after taking a bath. It is forbidden to throw foreign objects into the toilet/wash basin. Blockages need to be repaired at your own expense.
10. Please properly seal the kitchen waste after cooking and discard it to the designated location. Immediate rectification is required upon receipt of complaints.
