The accommodation, located on the ground floor, consists of entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and garden. All the windows of the apartment overlook the private garden. The furnishings present are as follows - ENTRANCE coat hanger, one-door wardrobe, shoe rack - KITCHEN sink cabinet, kitchen wall units, refrigerator, gas stove - BEDROOM sofa/bed, low cabinet with bookcase, desk, hot/cold air conditioner - BATHROOM toilet, bidet, sink cabinet with mirror, shower cubicle, washing machine. The walls of the rooms feature prints of paintings by Klimt, Van Gogh, Mirò, Kandinsky and Picasso. Smoking is only possible in the garden. For the registration of the temporary rental contract the following are essential: - the identity card (or passport) - the certificate from the School or University (e.g. Erasmus,...) certifying the period of stay in Italy - the residence permit (if coming from non-EU countries) - tax code (to be requested in Italy). The landlord will carry out periodic checks on the property, but will give notice to the tenants. The tenant must allow access to the landlord, or his delegate, on Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 1.30pm to allow customers interested in purchasing the property to view the apartment. This condition is an essential contractual clause.
