APARTMENT 4 The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant building in via Prenestina close to the exit of Rome's Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) (exit 16). The apartment consists of a spacious room with a comfortable single sofa and smart TV, an equipped kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a furnished double bed and a bathroom. It also has a private terrace and a reserved uncovered parking space inside the structure. The double bedroom is equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe with digital safe, smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and pots, microwave/ventilated oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, table with chairs. The elegantly furnished bathroom is equipped with a large glass shower cabin and a hairdryer. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, underfloor heating and an air conditioning system with directional control system, wi-fi connection. The apartment is delivered sanitized, tidy and equipped with all accessories and detergents for daily cleaning. The cost of the rental includes the tidying up of the apartment (cleaning and linen change), which will be carried out periodically for the entire duration of the contract. Upon arrival you will find a welcome kit for breakfast and courtesy bathroom products. The rental price includes the consumption of all utilities (electricity, water, gas, wi-fi). SECURITY DEPOSIT €400.00 to be delivered upon arrival and which will be returned upon departure CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES 9:30-16:30 (Monday to Thursday) 9:30-12:00 (Friday) €100, 00 per day for late check-out.
