The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, boutiques, and much more! In this area, there is the bus stop, the subway stop, the supermarket, the nearby park, and a handful of stores and nice places to visit! IMPORTANT: This Landlord ONLY accepts booking requests that are: SEMESTERAL: or from September 1st to February 28th or from March 1st to August 31st. ANNUAL: or from September 1st to August 31st. For shorter periods the following surcharge applies: o 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st o 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
