I rent a room to students in a 90m2 apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift. The room can be either single or double, and is furnished with two beds. The apartment is fully furnished for students and offers two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and large balconies. Wi-Fi is available, as are air conditioning and a washing machine. The heating is centralized and equipped with meters. The house has all the amenities needed for a student, with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven and microwave. Furthermore, smoking is allowed inside the house. The room for rent is ideal for a student looking for a quiet environment, without frequent guests. The maximum capacity of the apartment is three people. The roommates will be children aged between 1 and 99, all students. The owner does not live in the house, but takes care to provide a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The minimum stay required is 6 months or more, and the room will be available starting March 2023. We only accept people aged between 18 and 99, we do not accept couples, minors or pets.
