The washing machine is located in the owner's bathroom. Please note that the room is intended to accommodate a single person, and couples are not allowed. The owner has a preference to limit visits by acquaintances, friends or partners, respecting the living context of the condominium, populated mainly by elderly people. To ensure a clean and tidy environment, a weekly cleaning service is available for the common areas, offered for a fee (15 euros per week). The location of the apartment is strategic, just 20 minutes from the Battistini metro stop and with a convenient stop on the 998 bus line to Monte Mario just 100 meters away. Please note that is an online booking platform. Therefore, the exchange of telephone numbers and private emails is not possible, just as it is not possible to visit the apartment before booking.
