The room is rented as seen in the photo with all the comforts and 1 change of bed (mattress, hygiene mattress cover, bottom and top sheets, winter duvet, summer duvet and pillows with pillowcases). The only thing to bring are your own towels. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe with hangers, a desk, an elegant leather armchair and a large window that lets in air and natural light. 2 of the 3 rooms overlook Via Santamaura (tree-lined), while the other room overlooks a quiet and lovely courtyard from which you can still see the greenery. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi already installed and all connections ready (electricity, water, gas). The bathroom (with window) was renovated a few months ago and is cleaned and disinfected every week by the cleaning company. Large and new water heater to always ensure hot water for all tenants.
