Short-Term Student Accommodation in Seoul

The apartment of weave living Hoegi is located near Kyung Hee University and Korea University of Foreign Studies. The surrounding environment is particularly good, it's like living in a university town, with only a 5-minute walk to the returning station. There are fast food options such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Burger King, and Cha Bai Dao, as well as supermarkets, all within a ten-minute walk. At the same time, the apartment provides a fixed cleaning service once a month, and the cleaning staff are meticulous. It's very convenient to move in and out and get back the deposit; renting for a year only requires a deposit of two months' rent, which is quite rare in Seoul, especially suitable for students who want to rent and don't want to pay high deposits. The return of the security deposit after the stay is also quite quick. The apartment staff can communicate in Korean and English, which is very convenient. There are also some international exchange experience activities, helping students smoothly integrate into life in a foreign country, especially suitable for new students in Korea who don't know where to rent a place. The living experience can get full marks, highly recommended!

Stayed one month in the high-floor Loft Unit. Great location, close to Hoegi Station with easy access to downtown Seoul. The loft room is bright and fully furnished, with an in-unit washer. The building has a gym and study room. The staff are helpful. Perfect choice for a short stay in Seoul. Would recommend!

Finally settled into my little home in Seoul 🏠 Huge thanks to *** ✨ Before coming here, I was really stressed about renting in Korea: high deposits, complicated procedures, and the fear of getting scammed. Luckily, my consultant patiently guided me through the whole process. The listings were real and reliable, so I didn't have to run around blindly on my own. The studio I finally got has amazing natural light ☀️ It comes with underfloor heating, and I could move in with just my suitcase, saving me so much trouble 🙏 Studying alone in a foreign country, having a small room that feels safe and secure is truly so comforting. I hope all fellow students studying in Korea can live comfortably and have a smooth academic journey ❤ #uhomes.com #uhomes #RentingInKorea #SeoulRentals #StudentHousing

The overall living experience of this house is particularly good, the location is very convenient, with supermarkets, vegetable markets, and bus stations all nearby, making daily travel and grocery shopping very worry-free. The interior is clean and tidy, with excellent lighting and ventilation; the room layout is square and feels spacious and comfortable. The community environment is quiet and tidy, with responsible property management, and harmonious neighborly relations, creating a strong sense of happiness in living here, making it highly worth staying.

Just arrived in South Korea, not familiar with the place, and my Korean is not good. The first headache is renting a house, fearing that I will encounter a bad place just after arriving in Korea. Suddenly, one day I learned about the Yishanghaoju platform, which is really a treasure platform for international students. I saw a house that I was very satisfied with! No need to pay a deposit, only monthly rent, and utilities, including water, electricity, and internet are all included! It's so considerate! Plus it's a newly built apartment in South Korea. The facilities, internet speed, and furniture are great, and the convenience of the surrounding amenities is super convenient!! I really love it to death, it's super super good! I really recommend everyone to choose Yishanghaoju for renting a house.

The facilities are complete, and travel is very convenient! A very satisfying living experience!

The room is fully equipped, the indoor environment is clean, the service provided by the staff is on point, and the surrounding environment is convenient.

Finally settled down in Seoul🏠 really super grateful to @异乡好居! I was worried about the high deposit in South Korea and the complicated rental process, but I didn't expect to have an advisor walking me through the whole process, and the housing sources were all genuine and reliable. The studio I rented in the end gets plenty of sunlight, has underfloor heating, and I can just move in with my bags, which is such a relief🙏 Sisters studying in South Korea can take note! Studying alone abroad, having a cozy little room is really important. I hope all students studying in South Korea can live comfortably and learn earnestly❤ #异乡好居 #uhomes #China South Korea study abroad rental #Seoul rental #international student rental #studio apartment
