The window faces east, and the first ray of morning sunlight arrives on time, warm and pleasant. The community environment is also very pleasant, with well-done landscaping; taking a walk after dinner feels like being in a small garden. The security is strict, with regulated entry management, providing a great sense of safety. The landlord is even more reassuring, patiently signing the contract with clear terms; when there's a minor issue with the appliances, just a phone call is enough.

They provide excellent care and advice on accommodations, and if you don't know anything, you can ask the person in charge quickly and contact the landlord and the customer quickly. No matter what problems you have with the accommodation, you can contact them quickly. They are always there to help us when we need advice or assistance on the accommodation you choose or anything else. I personally like it very much, so I highly recommend it.

The kitchen area is one aspect that I am very satisfied with. Although it is small, it is well-equipped with all the basic infrastructure such as a refrigerator, microwave, range hood, sink, and induction cooker. Since I chose a new student dormitory, all the appliances are brand new. The countertop design, workflow, and cabinet layout are practical, and there is more than enough storage space, even enough to fit my tea set! It's completely fine to prepare some simple meals by myself, and for students or those who cook for themselves, this kind of kitchen is already very convenient; it saves space without compromising the actual usage experience. Additionally, there's this large table—who understands the sense of security a large table brings? I'm a big fan of collaborative projects!

The dorm is equipped with a communal laundry room and a communal kitchen. All equipment is brand new. Almost everything you need is fully equipped, with solid wooden wardrobes and desks that are durable. The roommates are all international students, making English communication convenient. They have regular schedules and are clean, with someone cleaning the common areas every day. You can move in with just your luggage, and the cost-performance ratio is truly high!
