Short-Term Student Accommodation in Auckland

The apartment is clean and tidy, fully furnished with good natural light and ventilation. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, with convenient amenities. The front desk staff is responsive and issues are resolved promptly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is ideal for working professionals or students. Highly recommended!

When I first rented this apartment, I was filled with anxiety, as there are many stories about unfortunate rental experiences. But after moving in, all my concerns faded away. The room is not large, but it's arranged in a cozy and practical way, with cleverly designed storage space that keeps everyday items neatly organized. The window faces east, and the first ray of morning sunlight arrives on time, warm and pleasant. The community environment is also very pleasant, with well-done landscaping; taking a walk after dinner feels like being in a small garden. The security is strict, with regulated entry management, providing a great sense of safety. The landlord is even more reassuring, patiently signing the contract with clear terms; when there's a minor issue with the appliances, just a phone call is enough.

They provide excellent care and advice on accommodations, and if you don't know anything, you can ask the person in charge quickly and contact the landlord and the customer quickly. No matter what problems you have with the accommodation, you can contact them quickly. They are always there to help us when we need advice or assistance on the accommodation you choose or anything else. I personally like it very much, so I highly recommend it.

The kitchen area is one aspect that I am very satisfied with. Although it is small, it is well-equipped with all the basic infrastructure such as a refrigerator, microwave, range hood, sink, and induction cooker. Since I chose a new student dormitory, all the appliances are brand new. The countertop design, workflow, and cabinet layout are practical, and there is more than enough storage space, even enough to fit my tea set! It's completely fine to prepare some simple meals by myself, and for students or those who cook for themselves, this kind of kitchen is already very convenient; it saves space without compromising the actual usage experience. Additionally, there's this large table—who understands the sense of security a large table brings? I'm a big fan of collaborative projects!

The apartment is new and fully equipped. The location is excellent and very convenient to go anywhere. It's very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and schools. I have been living here for two weeks and my experience has been quite good.

This sunlit dormitory is definitely well-deserved, very comfortable to live in! The area is spacious enough, and the facilities are complete with no complaints—brand new furniture. The dorm is equipped with a communal laundry room and a communal kitchen. All equipment is brand new. Almost everything you need is fully equipped, with solid wooden wardrobes and desks that are durable. The roommates are all international students, making English communication convenient. They have regular schedules and are clean, with someone cleaning the common areas every day. You can move in with just your luggage, and the cost-performance ratio is truly high!

Studying abroad in New Zealand, finding a rental is a top priority. I was lucky to encounter a highly reliable agency team. They thoroughly understood my needs, accurately recommended cost-effective properties, and patiently explained the condition of the houses and the surrounding facilities. During the signing process, they were also规范严谨, helping me clarify my rights and responsibilities, explaining the details of the contract, and ensuring the tenants' rights. After moving in, the condition of the house was completely consistent with the description: clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light, good sound insulation, and amenities like the kitchen and bathroom working smoothly, leading to an excellent living experience. The agency's service was comprehensive, professional and efficient before the sale, and caring and responsible afterwards. The entire process was worry-free and safe.

Huge panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen with a view of the Sky Tower's bedroom. The apartment features a gym 🏋️, a balcony barbecue area 🍖, a recreation room 🎱, a study room, a meeting room 📖, a laundry room, a reading corner, and a cinema 🎬. During festivals, activities are held 🧧, and thoughtful greetings are sent on each student's birthday 🎂. Occasionally, they also provide small snacks and bread 🥯.

Super awesome, close to the city center, convenient living, can even have late-night snacks and ice cream in the early morning✌️

1 The front desk staff can speak Chinese, so there is no need to worry. The service attitude is also very good. Importantly, there are roommates you can communicate with, including a foreign girl, which is convenient for practicing English, and they are all very helpful.
