It is a little further away than the dormitory in the school, but it is close to tesco, and there is a canteen next to it for three minutes. hub has two lovely kittens that can be casually rolled and meowed. The only drawback is that the heating control is relatively strict. There are old houses and newly-built houses. In a word, it is a very warm little home with friends ~

The studio is good, not bad. I'm very lucky with these two windows. It really depends on luck. The room is also good, but it's not very convenient to go to school.

The outer window was very dirty. I urged it several times and delayed the time. Finally, it dragged on for a year without wiping and was very dirty.
WANG**
There are some unreasonable regulations, and the cleanliness of the room will be checked in December, and fines will be imposed if the apartment is not satisfied.

First of all, it's very unsafe here at night, my friend and I have been drunk by people breaking into the hallway and smashing doors and windows. Putting this aside, the public kitchen here is just a decoration. We cook in it and clean up the garbage very well. Even if we prepared garbage bags ourselves, we were insulted by racially discriminatory cleaners. What's even more outrageous is that before I moved in, there were stains on the floor of the house. I told them many times that no one could clean it up. In the end, they asked me to pay 100 pounds and deduct my entire deposit. I have never seen such a messy place before. It is recommended that you don't come here to rent a house even if you can't rent a house. Really very disappointing.

How will my deposit be returned to me?
At the end of your stay, you will be invited to perform an end-of-stay inspection of the apartment/room with the apartment reception team. This is your opportunity to discuss any damage with the team and agree on associated costs (if applicable). Don't worry if you're unable to attend your check-out, the apartment's express check-out option means a uniform check-in will be done while you're away! The property will then instruct DPS/LPS to pay the security deposit, less any agreed fees, to your nominated bank account. This is when your deposit ID and repayment ID are required. If no fee can be agreed upon, DPS/LPS will provide arbitration services. 1. The apartment will instruct DPS/LPS to release your deposit (possibly outstanding rent or check-out fee). 2. The property will send you an email within 28 days of check-out to confirm that step 1 has been completed and advise you of the next steps to take. 3. After receiving our instruction, DPS/LPS will contact you in time by email/post, recommending that you log into their website to claim/release your deposit. 4. You will arrange with the DPS/LPS where and how you wish to pay. Please note that it may take up to 10 calendar days for DPS/LPS to get this money back to you (international bank transfers may take longer).
