Don't ask, it's too fucking noisy. There is no front desk in the apartment at night. Everyone can open paty directly. The sound insulation effect is not good and basically I can't sleep,

NO VISA NO PAY
Future Generation, a student accommodation provider operating in various cities, offers a “No Visa No Pay” policy for international students who have applied to study at a university or higher education institution in the UK. Under this policy, students who book a room with Future Generation but do not receive the required entry Visa for their study in the UK will be allowed to be released from their Tenancy Agreement.

It is important to note that this policy is only applicable to new customers who have never lived in a Future Generation property before. In order to be released from their Tenancy Agreement, students must provide evidence of their refusal of entry to the UK to study no later than 7 days after notification of their refusal.

Acceptable evidence includes a copy of the letter from the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration service, or other official Visa issuing body, as well as a letter from the university, sponsor, or institution where they were supposed to be studying. The evidence must clearly show the student’s full name, address, and date of issue.
