The Studio Executive measures 217.43 ft² (20.2 m²), while the Studio Deluxe measures 227.12 ft² (21.1 m²). Both rooms come fully equipped with everything a student needs, including a kitchen, bedroom, study area, and bathroom, so students can meet all their needs without leaving their room.
