What do I need to pay?
All utilities, 250M broadband and wireless internet, all personal contents insurance are included in the rent, and breakfast is included in the weekly rent from Monday to Friday.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
What should I do if something is broken or malfunctioning in my room?
Using the mobile phone software provided by the apartment allows you to report for repairs while staying comfortably in the room! All residence halls have laundry rooms in the apartment building with washing machines and dryers. Each wash costs about £2.70; each drying costs about £1.20. No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Can I drive to the apartment?
All houses in the apartment are located in the city center, very close to the university, and it is very convenient to take public transportation.
