Very good, I will recommend others to come here next time.
Shopping at Costco is very convenient, and there's Target, which is close to the subway station, making it easy to get to school without any transfers, saving a lot on transportation costs. I feel that the housing options selected by Apon in this foreign land are great!
The overall facilities of the apartment are very good!
No agency fees, booking is very convenient, and the agents are very enthusiastic.

The apartment is quite nice, but there is always some part being renovated, like the elevators and the lobby, which cannot be used for a lot of time.
I can only say the price-performance ratio is acceptable.
