2 Bedroom Flats to Rent in Atlanta

The apartment is new, the facilities are complete, and the room has a great view. The transportation around is convenient, and the staff is efficient.

Better compared to other nearby apartments; Soundproofing is about the same as nearby apartments; There is a GT shuttle stop downstairs, and the apartment parking lot has plenty of parking spaces; There is a supermarket downstairs, and many nearby restaurants, including Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese food; The apartment is very close to the highway, and you can get on the highway as soon as you go out;

The service attitude is good, very careful and considerate, and I am satisfied with the house.

The overall impression of the apartment is very good, especially in terms of service. Other apartments (such as the most expensive one next door) take almost a week to reply to maintenance requests, while UHouse responds in just a few hours. The apartment is very close to the school, and there is a Publix downstairs, making life and study very convenient. Additionally, I need to address the negative reviews on Google. Personally, I feel that they reflect some situations from a few years ago, including issues with garbage disposal. The apartment has probably made adjustments based on feedback over the past two years, and the actual living conditions have improved significantly. As for the decoration style, some walls indeed have not been painted...

Facilities: The gym is old and very dirty Internet speed: Very slow. If you want a personal internet connection, it is very expensive per month Soundproofing: Very poor. People are always having parties, so you can't work Hygiene: Very poor. There are rats and cockroaches, and the hallways smell very bad Location: Convenient

I live on the 32nd floor facing south in a 2b2b, with a great view of Atlanta's bustling night scene. The apartment must have been newly renovated 24 years ago, and the facilities are very new.

The house is nice, and the consultant is very patient!

The facilities are complete, and the overall experience is good.

The apartment situation is good, and the environment is very nice.

Well-equipped facilities, nice environment, but the price is a bit high.

Nice, good geographical location, convenient for living.

The roommates get along well, and the apartment is stylishly decorated with new facilities.

Very clean and tidy, the living room is very spacious, while the bedroom is quite small. The apartment has security, which is very reassuring. You need a key card to enter the door and the elevator, which is very safe. There is also a study area on the 12th floor~

The service is great, and the price-performance ratio is excellent.

The service is great, and any questions can be answered promptly.

The room is very big. The amenities are good. The only thing I wish to have is to be able to open the window.

Very good入住体验 including furniture

The communication service was excellent, looking forward to the next collaboration.

Great new apartment! Amazing experience

Not bad, but the repairs are very slow.
