The house is spacious, security is very good, there is access control, and there are surveillance cameras. There are many Chinese residents, transportation is convenient, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. Although the elevator and water heater were broken for a period of time before, they were repaired in a timely manner.

When I first moved in, the faucet was broken, and the door was squeaky. The ventilation is actually poor, with only one window in the hall that can be opened for ventilation. Although the wind is quite strong, it is somewhat difficult to keep the air fresh in the room, and the air conditioner does not have a fresh air function, so it can get stuffy over time. I also don't understand why one of the lights in the bathroom is connected to the exhaust fan, meaning that when I turn on the exhaust fan, I also have to turn on the light.
