It is located on the green street in the center of the school. Terrace is below 9th floor, Aerial is 10-13th floor, and Penthouse is 14-15th floor. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk downstairs from the apartment. Students can go to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 19 minutes by bus.

Our kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and modern European-style cabinets. The designer bathrooms come with tiled showers and modern fixtures. While the built-in washer and dryer make laundry day a breeze. With three elevators for easy access, our building features a front desk, rental office, visitor hall, and resident parking on the first floor. The second floor houses a gym and additional parking, while the third floor offers more parking space. The fourth floor is the heart of our community, with self-study rooms, meeting rooms, a mini cinema, golf simulator, bowling alley, and game room.
