Overall, the location of this apartment is fairly convenient. It is close to some daily amenities, restaurants, and certain areas of the school, making day-to-day transportation relatively easy. However, if most of your activities are around the school, this location is still a bit out of the way, and the rent is relatively high. Therefore, personally, I do not think the overall value for money is very good. In terms of noise, there is a noticeable difference depending on the floor. If you live on a higher floor, it is relatively quieter; if the floor is lower, the noise issue becomes more obvious. There is a bar next to the building, and at night you can sometimes hear noise from the bar, especially on weekends or later in the evening. In addition, if the room faces the road, it is also more likely to be affected by the noise of vehicles and pedestrians. Therefore, for people who are sensitive to noise when sleeping, I would recommend carefully considering the room’s orientation and floor before renting. One thing I was quite dissatisfied with during my stay was the issue with the central air conditioning. The central AC broke down once, and it took about two to three weeks to be fixed, so the overall repair speed was quite slow. Although a small air conditioner was later provided for temporary use, given that the central AC could not be used normally for such a long time, I personally feel that the compensation and handling of the situation were still quite limited, and no additional compensation was provided. Overall, the biggest advantage of this apartment is that the surrounding amenities are quite convenient and it is close to some places. However, the disadvantages are also fairly obvious, including the relatively high rent, the location being slightly far from the school, potential noise issues on lower floors and in rooms facing the street, and the relatively slow maintenance response time.

The soundproofing is a bit poor. The treadmill downstairs broke several times while I was living there, but no one came to fix it. The building is quite new. It’s very noisy facing the KAMS direction.

Rooms facing south are not recommended as they are too noisy. There is a club across the street that often opens until one or two o'clock. The room facilities are nice, and the stay is acceptable, but it's just too noisy. Those who have trouble sleeping should be cautious when renting.

The apartment is quite new, but you should definitely avoid renting the one facing south, as it is directly opposite a bar that parties until one or two in the morning; you can even hear it from both the east and west sides. The west-facing one should also be considered cautiously, as it is located on a busy main road, which is very noisy. The cash back for the apartment is very slow.
