Overall it's not bad, just a bit of a new house smell, parking is convenient, and there's a supermarket and CVS right across the street.

The room is clean and tidy, with a refreshing color combination, very satisfactory.

The sound insulation is terrible. You can hear everything clearly when someone upstairs walks, does laundry, uses the toilet, moves chairs, or plugs in their charger. It's to the extent that the whole ceiling seems to be shaking. Earplugs are useless; noise-canceling headphones don't work either because the whole building is vibrating. Plus, there are rude people who chat loudly at the entrance at night, and you can hear them clearly too. As for the internet, it goes down once after a month of living here. I’ve heard that Green Street frequently has internet outages. Don't even get me started on delivery. Only FedEx reliably delivers to the door, while Amazon and others just drop packages anywhere. They leave heavy items in the adjacent building. Paying $1400 a month feels like eating 💩.
