Colony Court is located at 502 S. Mattis Avenue. This central Champaign location offers immediate access to nearby restraurants, shopping, banks, and schools. It also offers easy to reach access to I-72 & I-57. Bus lines that go throughout Champaign-Urbana, including the University of Illinois are also nearby.

Our 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes feature a dishwasher, fully enclosed patio, central air, and two levels of living. Most units offer a washer and dryer in unit. We are small pet friendly with a limit of 2 pets (35 lbs or less and at least one year old).  

Colony Court has private parking for tenants to use with a permit. There is plenty additonal parking for guests along Healey street.
