Our 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses come with dishwashers, fully enclosed patios, central air conditioning and two floors of living rooms. Washers and dryers are provided in most units. We allow small pets with a maximum of 2 pets (35 pounds or under and at least one year old).

Colony Court has private parking for tenants and requires a permit. Ample additional parking is available for guests along Healy Street.
