Transportation is very convenient. The bus station is right downstairs, the location is good, and the apartment is very new.
The new apartment has an excessive formaldehyde smell, and the gym mentioned in the facilities is actually at the Smile headquarters, not in the apartment. The advantage is that it is close to Gies and Green Street, but it's a mixed bag.
