I lived here for a year and was very satisfied overall! First of all, the location is excellent—it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the school’s academic buildings, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment offers great value for money and has all the essential facilities. The biggest surprise was that the soundproofing was better than I expected, which is quite impressive for a wood-frame building in the United States. The property management team responds very quickly; someone came to fix the issue the day after I submitted a maintenance request. The listing information provided at the time was very accurate, and the photos were basically the same as the actual apartment. It was my first time renting in the U.S., and thankfully, I didn’t run into any problems.

Apartment Living Experience Sharing This apartment was built a long time ago, and it has an overall sense of history. The hallways and common areas retain a classic design style, and there is a vibrant community atmosphere among neighbors. On a daily basis, you can feel the vitality of the surrounding transportation and local life; during the day, there are normal city sounds outside the window, while at night it gradually becomes quiet. If you are sensitive to noise, it is recommended to choose a room facing inward. The parking space ratio is relatively limited, and during peak hours, it is necessary to plan your parking spot in advance. However, the property management will assist in coordinating temporary resources in the surrounding area, and you can be flexible once you get used to it. Overall, this place is conveniently located and affordable, making it suitable for residents who value cost-effectiveness and enjoy a lively atmosphere. Suggestion: When viewing the apartment, try to experience the environment at different times, and consult in advance about the parking usage rules to better match your personal needs.
