The booking was very smooth, and the check-in was seamless.
Great housing options are very close to the CS building, and each 4B room has its own small refrigerator. However, for 4B, it's advisable to find reliable roommates before deciding to sign the lease.

The room layout and facilities are good, and the repairs are quite quick.<br>The sound insulation in the building is pretty good, but it's a bit noisy with many vehicles passing by if it's street-facing.
The interior design is great, and the room is one of the largest apartments I've seen, the maintenance is also quite fast, but the internet speed and sound insulation are both really poor... Packages are easy to go missing, there's often no hot water, and there are yellow deposits in the shower water; maintenance says there's nothing they can do about it... How good the living situation is really depends on luck... (It's not as good as living across the street in CC, but the interior design here in DEN is truly top-notch.
This apartment is simply the least among the other apartments in Champagne.
The not-so-good house is just, um, this summer vacation.
