The price of the student apartment Studio in Brisbane is considered low. The room space is more than enough for one person. On the second floor, there are facilities such as a gym, self-study room, terrace, and laundry room. My apartment on a higher floor has four elevators that usually don't require a long wait, and they are relatively fast. The floor-to-ceiling window offers a spacious view. Right downstairs is the Buranda train station and bus station, with many departures making travel convenient. There is also a Korean supermarket, a milk tea shop, and a Korean restaurant right under the apartment building. In about an 8-minute walk, you can reach Buranda Village shopping center, which has WWS, Target, a Japanese supermarket, and several restaurants to meet daily needs.

The room facilities are good and meet expectations. The internet is generally stable, and the kitchenware provided by the apartment and left by previous tenants is quite complete, saving a lot of effort and money. The room has decent sound insulation; it is very quiet when the doors and windows are closed. The transportation nearby is quite convenient; there is a bus station just across the street downstairs, and a two to three-minute walk to the riverside will take you to the ferry terminal (my room actually has a corner view of the river). The location is considered CBD, with various shops, restaurants, and supermarkets basically within a 500m walking distance, everything you could need is available; however, it feels quite deserted after work hours in the evening. The most important thing is that I encountered some really nice roommates, which has made for a great start in Brisbane.

It's really great, the apartment is very close to the school, and it's very convenient for everyday life. The Brisbane River is right nearby, which is perfect for walking 🚶. The apartment facilities are super good, and the rooftop garden is incredibly romantic with a perfect view 💯!! The staff at the reception are all super nice!!!!

The house is really, really good, super awesome and very convenient.

The room and surroundings are quite nice, and the people in the apartment are especially kind. There is breakfast on weekdays, the room has Wi-Fi, and so on. On Saturdays, there is a market at the entrance, and there are supermarkets and an Asian supermarket not far away. There's also a reading corner. The apartment is on campus, the library is right across the street, and there is a shuttle bus stop nearby, which is also very close to where I have classes.
