Short-Term Student Accommodation in Brisbane

The price of the student apartment Studio in Brisbane is considered low. The room space is more than enough for one person. On the second floor, there are facilities such as a gym, self-study room, terrace, and laundry room. My apartment on a higher floor has four elevators that usually don't require a long wait, and they are relatively fast. The floor-to-ceiling window offers a spacious view. Right downstairs is the Buranda train station and bus station, with many departures making travel convenient. There is also a Korean supermarket, a milk tea shop, and a Korean restaurant right under the apartment building. In about an 8-minute walk, you can reach Buranda Village shopping center, which has WWS, Target, a Japanese supermarket, and several restaurants to meet daily needs.

When I came to Brisbane to live in student accommodation, I chose UniLodge Park Central through uhomes.com. Buranda bus station and train station are right downstairs, making the commute to UQ, Griffith, and QUT very convenient. There's also the Korean supermarket Hanaro Mart downstairs, and it's about a 5-minute walk to Stones Corner, where Woolworths, ALDI, restaurants, and cafés make daily shopping super easy. The apartment comes fully furnished, with WiFi, water, electricity, and other bills managed in one place. It also has a 24-hour gym, study rooms, a cinema, a games area, BBQ communal spaces, and secure card access, which gives a great sense of safety—especially suitable for international students who have just arrived in Brisbane.

Location: This apartment is currently the latest student apartment in Brisbane, located very close to UQ in the Toowong community, which has complete infrastructure with large supermarkets 🏬 and many restaurants 🍴, and convenient public transport 🚌. Facilities: The apartment is one of the few with windows that can be opened and closed 🪟 for ventilation, equipped with a public kitchen and a communal laundry area that is cleaned every week. Life: At the same time, there are many interesting activities every month, such as yoga 🧘, hiking 🧗, BBQ 🥩, etc., to enrich life! Internet Speed: The staff are very friendly and willing to help us solve problems, and repairs are usually responded to by the next day 🤗. Previously, the apartment often had internet outages which were quickly switched to Telstra, and the elevator seldom malfunctioned 🥰. View: Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the river view is really nice!! The rain and sunset are both beautiful, and it's very comfortable to sunbathe normally 🫢.

This apartment is in an excellent location, just a 25-minute walk from the transportation hub and the core business district. Supermarkets and restaurants are all close by, making daily life very convenient. The facilities far exceeded my expectations: not only are the appliances and furniture complete and brand new, but the dishwasher and dryer also work very well, greatly improving the living experience. At first, I was worried it might be noisy because it faces the street, but after moving in, I found that the soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is outstanding. Finally, as for the overall environment, the landscaping within the community is carefully maintained, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and the public areas are cleaned by dedicated staff every day. This place feels comfortable and reassuring.

The room facilities are good and meet expectations. The internet is generally stable, and the kitchenware provided by the apartment and left by previous tenants is quite complete, saving a lot of effort and money. The room has decent sound insulation; it is very quiet when the doors and windows are closed. The transportation nearby is quite convenient; there is a bus station just across the street downstairs, and a two to three-minute walk to the riverside will take you to the ferry terminal (my room actually has a corner view of the river). The location is considered CBD, with various shops, restaurants, and supermarkets basically within a 500m walking distance, everything you could need is available; however, it feels quite deserted after work hours in the evening. The most important thing is that I encountered some really nice roommates, which has made for a great start in Brisbane.

Overall, my experience booking accommodation through the application guide this time was quite good. The software interface is clear, the property information is detailed, the application process is convenient, and customer service responds quickly. When I encountered problems, they were able to help resolve them in a timely manner. After moving in, I found that the apartment's common areas and rooms were fairly clean and tidy, the facilities were basically complete, and daily life was quite convenient. However, there are also some areas that could be improved. For example, the apartment's Wi-Fi occasionally has an unstable connection, and sometimes I need to reconnect several times before it works properly. I hope the network experience can be optimized in the future. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the living experience, and it offers good value for money. I would consider continuing to use it and recommending it to friends who need accommodation.

I lived here for a while, and overall, the experience was very good. The apartment is in a great location, making it convenient to get to school as well as nearby supermarkets and restaurants, so daily life is very hassle-free. The room is clean and tidy overall, with a comfortable amount of space. Basic furniture and living facilities are fully provided, so there is no need to prepare too many extra things after moving in. The common areas are also well maintained, and you can study or relax with other students there. The apartment staff are very friendly and are able to communicate and resolve issues promptly when problems arise, which makes me feel very reassured. In addition, the apartment has a nice study and social atmosphere, and I have met many students from different countries. Overall, the living environment here is comfortable and safe, daily life is convenient, and it is quite suitable for university students to live in long term. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would be willing to choose this place again.

It's really great, the apartment is very close to the school, and it's very convenient for everyday life. The Brisbane River is right nearby, which is perfect for walking 🚶. The apartment facilities are super good, and the rooftop garden is incredibly romantic with a perfect view 💯!! The staff at the reception are all super nice!!!!

The house is really, really good, super awesome and very convenient.

The room and surroundings are quite nice, and the people in the apartment are especially kind. There is breakfast on weekdays, the room has Wi-Fi, and so on. On Saturdays, there is a market at the entrance, and there are supermarkets and an Asian supermarket not far away. There's also a reading corner. The apartment is on campus, the library is right across the street, and there is a shuttle bus stop nearby, which is also very close to where I have classes.

Nice experience Clean and tidy Enjoyable stay Good service attitude

Very good, everything is there, very complete and clean, comfortable

Right across from Toowong station, only 100-200 meters from the shopping center and train station, very convenient, the bus takes 10 minutes to UQ, and the apartment facilities are pretty good.

The service at King St is very good. They are able to meet our reasonable requests. The staff are very gentle. Very good. We will stay again next time.

The stay at Unilodge Park Central was very good, the environment was comfortable, the surrounding living area was very rich, the commute was convenient, and it is not far from the school.
