Transportation is convenient, with train and bus stations right downstairs, but the area nearby is not bustling and feels a bit unsettling. If you want to go to the city center, you definitely need to take a bus or train.The apartment is clean. After moving in, I haven't seen any of the small animals or bugs that people talk about in Australia. The sound insulation is decent; you can hardly hear any noise between rooms, but if you're in the hallway, you can still hear some sounds. The door has gaps, so it lets in some cold air during winter.

As I mentioned in my review, if you want to play games hosted in China from this apartment, you will experience even higher latency than on the campus network. Other than that, though, this apartment is quite good: the soundproofing is great, it’s warm, there is regular cleaning, free breakfast on weekdays, lots of activities every month, and barbecues as well. But don’t expect the barbecues to be too fancy—after all, they’re free.
