This must be a must-visit if you visit the UK for the first time. The park has a river, an old bridge, a lake, a large coffee house, and Roman ruins. It is lovely and makes for a very relaxing experience. So many people visit this place and come here for a break. The views are out of this place, and you can take beautiful pictures of yourself.
The park has a pet corner with many small animals, especially baby guinea pigs and peacocks! The bluebells bloom in May and June, and the tulips are also very colourful!
📍A Few Recommended Spots for Photos:
1. The main road into the park is great for photos, and you can feed the 🦢 geese as soon as you enter the park and keep walking on the right-hand side.
2. Continue walking on the grass; park benches are more suitable for photos.
3. In the park, on the left-hand side, there is a small bridge, water, a courtyard, and maple leaves. It’s a pity not to take photos!

You can be a breeder for a day here and feed the lambs and pigs. Uber past 8£+ around University of Leicester, get off the bus and walk uphill; you can buy a ticket and get fed straight inside.
Feed a circle of small animals down. You will find that nature is the best teacher. If you didn’t come here, you might not be able to tell the difference between the mouths and nostrils of some of the critters.
Some animals, such as donkeys, are not to be fed. You can swing on the swings after a drive, and the air smells of grass and sheep dung~

This pub is in a great location, near Highcross. It’s a restaurant during the day and a small clean bar at night. There is also a band in residence during the week, so you can book a time by clicking the link above.
The ground floor is dark and foresty, while the first floor is light and fresh. It’s less crowded during the day, but after 7 pm, it’s super crowded.
The bar’s décor is lovely. There’s a lot of greenery inside, and it doesn’t look cluttered. It’s very much like an art gallery. Outdoor seating is also arranged, so it should be comfortable in summer.
There are also limited cocktails for unique festivals. The cocktails are all about plants. Some are garnished with herbs, edible flowers, and plants.
