Our lighting solution is app based which means you're enabled to controlled the lighting experience and mood in every room.

Each apartment receives their own modem/router. The speed is 1G Download and 500MB Upload.
Our internet service provider is ROGER'S and we chose the best available package for speed and data, that is available in the market.

3--LOCATION!
We are a stones throwaway from the largest grocery store in all of downtown Ottawa.
We are a footsteps away from the beautiful Parliament Hill.
We are 10 min on FOOT away from University of Ottawa.

4--DESIGN!
Our finishes make up of stainless steel through out the entirety of the apartment with a deep black wood flooring, accompanied by white carrera granite counters and walls in the bathroom, with tints of chrome along the glass shower doors.
Our kitchens include carrera white granite counters along with Stainless steel SEKTION cabinets.
Our living rooms are furnished with Tom Dixon designed Delaktig furniture.

5--SERVICE!
We are a very hands on landlord and believe in high-touch service.
Our building contains security cameras and FOB keys which means neighbors can't share passcodes to get in!
Our concierge desk will be filled with staff 9 hours a day, and in addition, an onsite supervisor for the building will be living there to help troubleshoot issues if anything arises 24/7.
We believe our apartments will be superior in design and customizable lighting experiences compared to what else is available in the Ottawa Downtown landscape.

The monthly rent includes all utilities such as Heat, Hydro, Gas, Electricity and Unlimited High Speed-Internet.
