The apartment built in 2021 has all new facilities, with an oversized study room, game room, gym, yoga room, etc. It comes with a washer and dryer, and sharing it with four people averages out to renting a house outside, which isn't great either. The cost-performance ratio is very high, and there are daily shuttles to UC Davis, making it very suitable for UC Davis students!

On the Yishanghaoju platform, I learned about renting in Ottawa. Envie Rideau is very close to the school, basically a 5-10 minute walk to the University of Ottawa. It comes furnished and has in-unit laundry, making the overall living experience quite convenient. The application process on Yishanghaoju is quick, with no service fees. Highly recommended~

Move-in ready: The furniture is very complete! Kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher, range hood, induction cooker) are all available, as well as bed, sofa, TV, dining table, and chairs.
