There are four common room types of U of T student housing off campus that we currently offer:
Studio: You can have a self-contained living space that typically includes a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy.
Private Off-campus Housing: You have a private room. It includes a separate bedroom, a living area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Shared Off-campus Housing: A shared room typically refers to an individual space for relaxing and studying with shared bedrooms/kitchenette/shared living spaces.
Full-size Student Apartments near UofT (usually 1/2/3-bedroom for rent in Toronto): It provides additional space and amenities for students seeking a more spacious living environment.
We also provide U of T summer residence for short stays, such as summer programs, tours and visits in Toronto etc.
