Also, once you are accepted through Uniplaces, you are requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before moving in, and cleaning final fee before moving out. Move-ins can be scheduled during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but there is an additional deposit fee of 500. Anmeldung is provided.
