The apartment is a one-room apartment/loft with an additional small dressing room and storage room. Sufficient storage space is available.
The daylight bathroom is spacious, with a tub and shower facility.

The house was built in 1889, the apartment has been refurbished and newly renovated.

The kitchen is contemporary and modern. We can provide a microwave on request.

The 160cm wide "sunken" bed is very comfortable.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The mattress is as good as new.

The internet line is very fast and is currently equipped with a new Fritz Box.

TV can be provided on request.
