The apartment is in a particularly beautiful old building in the typical Neuköllner style from the turn of the century. The exterior façade is largely preserved, the entrance to the house and the staircase show up with many original elements and details.
The apartment is on the first floor of the garden wing. It is very bright, was modernized without touching the classical elements. The charm and character were preserved with the double box windows and original fittings in the living room and bedroom.
To enlarge the usable area of the main room, we have a maisonette bed with an integrated wardrobe and bookshelf (which also serves as a staircase to the bed), a real eye-catcher! The bed has a width of 140cm and a reading lamp. The wardrobe has a part for clothes and a part serves as a storage room.
The kitchen is compact and offers enough space for a comfortable bench and a dining table.


The apartment is fully furnished in high standard. In addition to the maisonette bed, there is a wardrobe in the main room, a bookshelf, and a sofa (can also be used as a sleeping sofa for guests).
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. We have installed a very efficient water heater. It is electronically controlled and has enough capacity to simultaneously and uniformly operate hot water for the shower and water tab.
The kitchen has a solid equipment with refrigerator (including ice compartment), airfryer, ceramic hob, electric water cooker and a washing machine with integrated dryer. Dishes, pots, vacuum cleaners and cleaning products are also included.
The apartment has high speed Internet/Wifi included in the rental rate. It is also possible to use the fixed telephone line (extra charge).


The apartment is located in the up-and-coming Schillerkiez, named after the Schillerpromenade in Berlin's Neukölln district. It is the central street of the Schillerkiez with a wide central promenade and magnificent facades around 1900. The Schillerkiez is distinguished by cultural diversity, where both old-time Berliners as well as young creatives are living.
The apartment is located directly on the former Tempelhofer Airfield. Today it is the largest park in Berlin with many leisure activities. The subway station "Leinestrasse" is only five minutes away. There are many shops in the busy Herrmannstrasse. Hardly any other district in Berlin offers so many options for spare time/sports as well as bars and restaurants with best connection to the public transportation network. The weekly market, known as the "Schillermarkt", takes place every Saturday and is supplemented once a month by the art and culture market.

The minimum booking period is 6 months.

*Due to the legal regulations of the city of Berlin, it is only possible to book this apartment if one of the following reasons for a stay in Berlin is given:


- temporary work assignment in Berlin
(far from the main residence)
- Studies (far from the main residence)
- Internship (far from the main residence)
- Continuing education (far from the main residence)

Proof must be presented to the landlord before moving in.

After the end of the time limit, the landlord has personal needs in accordance with § 575 Paragraph 1 No. 1 BGB. The landlady's mother will use the apartment as a second home.
