Fully furnished rooms in a shared flat. All rooms have a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also, the common areas are fully equipped with cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee).

For the move-in dates, we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases, we have a flexible move-in date, but this needs to be discussed in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer before move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be paid before move-in via bank transfer in a single payment.
