Main Terms
- Reservation fee is 275€ and will be deducted from your first month’s rent (non-refundable in case of cancellation)
- We offer minimum lease terms of 6 months, both of which require a 3-month notice period for termination.
- Deposit is equal to 2 month’s rent or a small fee per month with deposit insurance
